RGS pickup service is available Monday to Saturday as a regular service. RGS Logistics schedules your pick-up according to the location of your home or office address. You can also request for pickup by calling us at: 021-34388747

Pickup service is complimentary. There are no additional charges attached to the pickup service.

You may request for Pick-Up any time before 12pm. However, if the pick-up is notified later than 12 in the noon, it may get done based on the availability of riders or will get scheduled for the next day.

Normal delivery time for shipments ranges between 4-7 working days. Yet, if you want to inquire exact details you may visit our express center or give us a call on our helpline, 021-34388747

While doing so, you should be sure to have the address where the shipment have been booked / picked up from, and the city, country and postal code of where it will be delivered.

You can view the delivery status under ‘tracking’, in case status is not available online please call our customer service at 021-34388747.

Your detailed tracking response will list the following information:

  1. Tracking number
  2. Delivery status
  3. Delivery date, time and received by
  4. Location where the Shipment was delivered
  5. Date on which the shipment was shipped or billed
  6. Type of service used to ship the Shipment
  7. Shipment’s weight & pieces

The title “Returned to Shipper” in the status means that shipment was returned back to the shipper who booked the shipment. It could happen due to various reasons, e.g. refused to accept by the consignee, address not traceable or other.

Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking sticker is scanned. Common scans include the following information:

  • Origin
  • Destination
  • Date of Booking
  • Shipment Number
  • Shipment Weight & Pieces

If your weekly COD statement is incorrect or got any errors you may contact us within 3 days of its upload on your portal and share your queries.

Deliveries are made between 10 am to 6 pm, 6 days a week. However, if you have to schedule a delivery off timings, RGS provides “Delivery on Demand” option to facilitate its valuable clients.

Yes! RGS keeps the record of every delivery which proves who received, when and where each consignment was delivered.

Exact weight and dimensions are necessary to ensure the accuracy of the charges. If this information is not accurate, your parcel may be delayed in transit, the difference in cost will be requested and a possible additional service fee applied before the parcel’s journey can continue.
